Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check In: 2.00pm
Check Out: 10.00am
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
No Bond is required however a credit card is required on checkin for all incidentals
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
For after-hour arrivals please press the after-hours / late check-in button at the front entrance for access to the night safe where your key will be waiting for you and directions to your carpark/room.
It is a requirement to check in at reception the following morning to ensure that your keys do not expire.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late Checkout is on request and pending availability
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit is required within 72 hours of making a booking to confirm your reservation
Q: What are the reception hours?
Reception is open
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Sunday: 9am – 3pm
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Theme park tickets are available for purchase through reception

Q: Is there free parking on site?
Yes, we have underground secure parking for 1 vehicle for every 2 bedroom apartment and 2 spaces for our 3 bedroom apartments. Additional parking is available on site.
Q: Is all linen provided?
All linen is provided, guests should bring Beach Towels
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
All rooms are weekly serviced on stays of 7 days plus
Q: Is the pool heated?
The spa and 1 pool are heated all year round
Q: Can we hire a car?
Car hire is available from Tweed Heads. Pickup from airport or Tweed Heads South. Lots of beautiful local scenic drives in the area. Great maps at reception.
Q: Can we get a massage or hair done?
We can organise an in-room massage or beauty treatment for you. There is a hairdresser in the complex that offers beauty treatments and massage as well. There are also a number of local massage, nail and hairdressers all within walking distance. Booking ahead is advised to ensure availability.
Q: Can I get an airport transfer to & from Coolangatta?
Airport Transfers can be booked through reception charges apply
Q: Can we bring bikes or hire bikes at the resort?
Yes we offer some bikes stands at the resort, you will need to bring a lock. Bike hire is available within walking distance from Cabarita Beach Cycles. Cycles can be booked at reception also. We have great bike paths around Cabarita and all the way to Pottsville and Kingscliff.
Q: Do you offer Babysitting?
Yes bookable at reception with 24 hours notice. Fully licensed and accredited carers.

Only 30 minutes drive
Q: Is there public transport at Cabarita?
The bus to Tweed Heads leaves every hour Mon-Fri from 7am to 7pm, Sat Sun every hour from 8am to 6pm
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
Woolworths, Bakery, Fruit & Veg, Newsagent, Chemist, Clothing , Bottle Shop are all within walking distance.
Q: How far is the beach?
The resort is located right on Cabarita Beach. Surf patrol commences in Summer on weekends and every day during NSW school holidays.
Q: Is the beach in front of the resort patrolled?
Yes Cabarita Beach is patrolled on weekends from October to April. The patrols take place every day of the NSW school holidays September / December and April.
