Cooly Rocks On Festival makes its return once again this winter for another huge nostalgic celebration of everything ‘50s and ‘60s. The program for this year’s Cooly Rocks On Festival is all set to top last year’s, featuring another huge ‘Show ’n’ Shine’ car display! Miss Cooly Rocks On 2018 will see another batch of hopeful ladies bring back the styles of the ‘40s and ‘50s and parade about on stage for the chance to win the 2018 crown!
